Hey, Mr. Chip on Shoulder, I'm sure you can understand my incredulity.

And I notice that several people list incomes below $200,000/yr, but are still on the site. What gives?

I'm so frustrated -- I thought I was the first to find this! And, as I say elsewhere -- being selfconcious and knowing about one's vices ('we hope to be shallow') doesn't make on less vicious.

I think those pitiful mendicants are considered beautiful/talented.

Oh, Mr. V, I think I get it: beautiful or talented and rich.

BAA, does the site really bother you?

Not really, although the interconversion between looks and money (whoops, I mean talent) strikes me as unseemly. I hope the non-hot $200k members get what they pay for.

Actually I changed my mind about the 200k thing because of a vision I had of many ugly rich people in my database. It would hurt my eyes and frankly my health is more important than money. If someone is famous and ok looking we'll let them in.

truly vain,

Dear Vanity Date,

This is genius.

Also, why is it impossible to rate anyone lower than a 7?
