As far as I'm concerned, Under Armour should be synonymous with the term if it isn't already. I've tried other brands and the Under Armour stuff is far superior.
Agreed on the quality of Under Armour. After you recommended it to me, I bought a couple of their shirts, and they are, in fact, far superior to the other ones I have (I would still recommend Brooks and Craft, but Nike's wick-shirts stink, literally).
How about microfibe? As in, "Dude, you are rocking some fine microfibe!"

I know it's a brand name, but isn't "under armour" the term used?

Is it? I hadn't even heard of Under Armour, the brand, until a month ago.
I refuse to comment on techno-tunic.

How about "wicker". Kind of like "slicker".
