With mouse hovering over the link, I saw "ampersandy" and thought, "Hmmm, that's got to be an apostropher parody site." After clicking and having my hopes cruelly dashed, I got to thinking about what an apostropher parody site could possibly look like. The mind boggles.

Anyway, sabbaticals in Italy are definitely something to be envious about. Door-to-door skills, probably not so much.

I guess I'll never know what Labs is talking about.

"A-man" because his name is Andy; "nepotism" because I'm linking it because I know him, not because the content is, on its own, so clickworthy.

They don't have sarcasm there, though.

(I feel as though I should include some sort of disclaimer about how it's probably hard to pick up on sarcasm and stuff when reading a blog in a language that's not your native language. But I'm not going to.)

Well, I figured you weren't serious, but the joke didn't make much sense out of context.

i.e. your posts about the grad student, etc.

not sure it quite worked then either, but then i don't have a sense of humor.

Rereading the post, dunno if that holds up. I guess I don't have a sense of humor.
