This site, although it's not that easy to use, has a fairly complete listing of the classical rhetorical figures. The problem, of course is that it's awfully hard to index things by "What do you call it when you claim you aren't going to mention something and then you mention it in the course of saying you won't" so you end up doing a lot of reading all the descriptions to find the one you want.
