Little bit ... some timeouts yesterday.

Timeouts occasionally.

Agreeing with the two comments above. They usually resolved themselves in about 3-5 minutes.

Gah. I'd like to switch hosts, but it's such a pain.

Hmm, it just happened again while trying to post this comment ("Connection refused by server.")

Pokey loads, timeouts, "document contains no data", the whole begonia.

Me too. Usually resolves fairly quickly. Also, the comments just bombed out for me on a couple of the threads below--"can't connect to MySQL server" or something for an error message.

NTM non-updated comment counts and "latest comments" out of dating!

Maybe if you dump on Movable Type, Jay Allen will show up and offer to fix it for you. I was pretty impressed by that...

Yeah, now they're all apologetic, rebooting the server, will have it resolved, etc. But it's really been bad the past few days.

I saw that, apo (and left a comment). Pretty cool, that.

And I'm pretty sure it's my host, not MT, that's the problem.

horizontal rule
14

I've come to believe that's the issue with my problems as well.

horizontal rule
15

My site's problems, that is. I'm pretty sure they don't have anything to do with my personal issues.

SCENE: INTERIOR OF DUNGEON LAIR

B TROTT: Rubs hands. Glorious! A gigantic Perl script that does site-wide rebuilds. The interweb will be crushed!

M TROTT: And they will blame it on the servers!

ALL: Bwahahahahaha!

Well, there is that. But the newer versions of MT are better about that, I think.
