The moral of this story: people who don't actually blog are untrustworthy. Yet more proof that Ivan Trimble is an idiot. Everyone should put their blogs on their resumes, because it shows that you are unlikely to be a murderer.
But Lammy, all I'm saying is that even though the police might suspect me since I did say I was tormented by envy of Labs's cock, that doesn't have to translate into a murderous impulse.
Or does my effort at denial all of a sudden cast retrospective doubt?
Shouldn't he then have been torn limb from limb by a maddened crowd of Maenad-like co-bloggers? (Just in case anyone's been wondering why he hasn't been blogging much...)
Though I'm going to be fingered at the informal Agatha Christie-style inquest because he only speaks to me to say things like, "I also don't quite see why this matters."
dude, Liz, we were just hanging out weaving when this totally hott guy came by with ivy in his curly black hair! and some other dudes with goat legs were playing the syrinx in a hott way! you can't blame us for that shit. sparagmos: just try to say no, but you'll fail! mmm, I think I'll just go drape a fawn skin around my shoulders. it's the new pashmina!!!
I'm sure I've had a dream that involved Unfogged in some (innocent) way, but I can't remember it. Last night I couldn't fall asleep until four in the morning, at which time I looked at my watch and thought that today was going to suck. That said, I've felt surprisingly alert this morning; I may actually avoid falling asleep in the library.
I had a dream about Ben Wolfson a while back, but (a) that was before he was front-page material and (b) I reckon I posted about it here at the time. A couple good dreams about blogging since then, though none very recently.
Oh, by the way, it's nice to hear from Chopper again. Though considering the grisly way FL passed away, and the pseudonym chosen by the aforementioned commenter, perhaps his return is more suspicious than I at first realized.

Thanks TD! (I have been popping in here and there, but usually quite late in ang given thread's life. Real life keeps getting in the way of quality unfogged time.)
I was thinking the same thing. (Actually, I'm kind of paranoid about anyone who hasn't been around for a bit -- you're all going to leave us because we're not ogged!)
Alameida, baby, how could you do that to me? We had such a good thing going. Now I'm going to have to teach you a lesson, from BEYOND TEH GR4V3!!1!

I'm the one who's dead in this story, you're just in jail.

ooh, fuck. I knew we shouldn't have built this blog on the server space previously occupied by a native american funeral blog!!! "they're heeere!!!!"

Okay, this is a bit odd. I dreamed last night that I met you and husband x and the kids. I can't remember why. You were very cool, though.

Your dream is sorely lacking in apostropher.

Posted by tweedledopey | Link to this comment | 02-14-06 10:01 AM
apostropher, you were totally in this dream. you just didn't either kill FL or have sex with me.
Posted by alameida | Link to this comment | 02-14-06 10:03 AM
I don't want to kill FL.
Posted by apostropher | Link to this comment | 02-14-06 10:06 AM
It appears to be a prerequisite.

Rules are rules, Labs. Sorry.
Posted by apostropher | Link to this comment | 02-14-06 10:08 AM
oh, sure, you say you don't want to kill FL. but whom can we trust?! whom?
Posted by alameida | Link to this comment | 02-14-06 10:09 AM
Not all of us have to want to kill FL, we just have to have a plausible reason we might want to.

sarah was obviously standpipe bridgeplate.

Isn't the most common motive for killing Labs the frustrated desire to possess him? The determination that no one else will have him, if you can't?

19- Maybe it's a Murder on the Orient Express type story then. We all did it. Sarah was just the ringleader.

That's almost as hott as Tia and alameida getting gay married.

24: Just wait till we invite ac over to play informal Agatha Christie-style inquest. Dibs on Miss Marple!

I'd claim Tuppence, except that Tommy and Tuppence are clearly Husband X and Alameida.

I'm surprised nobody is dibsing Christine Helm Vole

Sarah is obviously the Tivo-resetter, and it's true: the lesbians (feminists, lesbians, wtfever, same diff) are taking over! Bwahahaha!
And Ogged really needs to get a better dress sense.

I had an Unfogged dream once, mostly featuring ogged. No, it wasn't that kind of dream.

A sentence that would work equally well as the beginning of an Alameida dream or Tia slash fiction.

More than one person seems to be commenting as Sarah. Maybe this really is an Agatha Christie plot.
