Locrian and Wrnlrd are more like "randomized neon strobe light metal".
I was going by the Wrnrlrd track on the Flingco label comp when I wrote that, and Locrian's split with Horseback, and Territories. I haven't heard any other Locrian.
They don't know unless you tell them, runs the title of the compilation in question, so I'm telling you now. Free!
My stupid question: is there supposed to be a link to download, or at least listen, at the link in 3?
"High quality sound files here"; the "here" is the link.
I take it "coumt" is another well-justified affectation.
I have no affectations. I affect nothing (in the relevant sense of "affect"). Everything I do I do from my inmost core. Including, alas, commit typos.
50 Shades of Grey is set in Seattle. Just saying.
5, 6: Ah, thanks. Page not found, however. Oh, well.
Caveating the accuracy of reported numbers of results from Google searches, "50 Shades of Gray" 8.8M, but "50 Shades of Grey" 267M.
Grey's Anatomy is also set in Seattle.
I think the obvious conclusion here is that Seattle is not part of the United States.
I've always favored "grey" over "gray" most likely because I read a lot of English writers* at a very young and impressionable age.
*Chiefly Tolkien.
Robert Earl Keen's song is spelled "Shades of Gray" in my iTunes but pops up the other way on Youtube.
Norweigian black metal is also environmentalist, just differently so.
Prog rock was one of the most effective population control devices ever devised since "prog rock" is just "cock block" misspelled.
Semi-topically, my daughter said to me the other day "Do you know that fairies wear boots"? Greatest moment ever.
When proofing, I take it as axiomatic that "grey" and "gray" refer to different zones of shade. "Gray" is the one with more pink in it.
I always get confused at work. I do a lot of image conversion. And I always forget which spelling of 'grey' I need to use to get a piece of code to run.
19 I think that's wrong, gray" is the one with more yellow in it.
I spent way too much time listening to these people with an ex.
Exploring bad metal is, surprisingly, at least to me, a useful way of keeping a bad relationship alive.

Apologies. Not sure how that happened.
19, 21: This is probably why it's not a useful distinction to make. I'd call 'grey' leaning toward brown, which I suppose includes pink and yellow, while 'gray' leans toward blue. But I don't know that anyone else makes the same distinction.
None of that is bad metal, Grumbles.
