It's deeply sad, and so it makes me feel a little better to read the stories indicating that most of the blown up tanks and vehicles seem to contain no bodies -- that most soldiers actually were able to flee the battlefield. Also to note that most of the fighting now seems to be between the coalition troops and the non-Iraqi Jihadis.
