Ooh, not the bees! I looooove the bees! Thanks so much, me. [ sings little happy song ] Not the bees! Yum-maaaay!
I may be able to stop by on my way to [shudder] Brooklyn for a music thingy.*

JM and I should also be there between 6:30 and 7.
I don't know if I can come -- trying to figure it out -- but I have a suggestion for the feature: B-Bar on Bowery and E. 4th. Food, alcohol, seats groups very easily, less far away from everything and a generally much more pleasant neighborhood than Fresh Salt.
Oh, good choice Tia - if it's the one I am thinking of, that's the reason I was late for the last meetup.
future, not feature. That was Yggles-worthy.
(Tia moonlights as a food writer. Who knew?)
Sounds like 6:30 is likely for most people. I'll be there by then. I think we are each familiar with at least some of us so we should be able to find each other. Plus you can always refer to Mutumbo. Yes Sifu, we will blog some of it.
Is it Fresh Salt then or Tia's suggestion. I'm confused. And tired so not sure yet if I'll show. But I might so I'd like to know.
FS for tonight, given that it is really convenient for MD, but Tia's suggestion sounds good for next time.
On my way. I should be there after 7.
We are in the back corner upper level.
Wait, there's somewhere in NYC I can eat bees?
Huh, apparently eating bees is something some people actually do.
Fresh Salt is insanely busy tonight. We managed to get our first table because Blandings knew the people occupying it.
The line for the only toilet is long.
Everything sounds like a line in a dour 19th century American Protestant hymn to me lately but especially comment 18.

Performed a group of those this fall arranged by the Contemporary composer Mack Wilburg. Haunting. The music of my grandparents.
idp, have you read The Flint Anchor, by Sylvia Townsend Warner? I suspect you'd quite like it.
We are all wending our ways home. No heads were broken. Thank you all for coming out on a work night. It was great to see you.
