I like A Tribe Called Red a lot. First Nations guys doing hip hop and electronic music with samples of traditional music.

There's a seventies recording of a festival that has a chant which incorporates US country music in a way that I like a whole lot-- I can't post a link to the whole song, but it's the first one in this mix,
track title on amazon is Rabbit Dance, artist is listed as Colin Bairstail, though it's actually a bunch of ensemble recordings from a powwow.

This is pretty good too. Kyle Gann has several pieces based on Native American scales and rhythms, IIRC, and his work is in general very nice.
