Yeah, was working nights last weekend so missed Flanders - woke up in time to watch most of it live. C and two of the girls went for an overnight trip and had a great time - C ended up standing about 4 feet from Eddie Merckx at one point and was very happy! Was so pleased about Lizzie Arnitstead winning. Has been a good year so far - am already looking forward to Rio.
I've actually got a week of annual leave atm - still haven't decided about Paris-Roubaix on Sunday, seems like a long day trip for probably just one chance to see them. C wants to go, but he's already been to Tuscany for the Strade Bianche, and he and Kid B have 3 1/2 weeks away following the whole TdF this year, so he won't be deprived if we don't go.
Two young pro cyclists have died in the last fortnight, just to stay on topic.
