Natural Acts: A Sidelong View of Science and Nature, The Flight of the Iguana, Wild Thoughts From Wild Places, and The Boilerplate Rhino: Nature in the Eye of the Beholder. They'll be out of date on the science, as they're collections of essays he wrote for Outside from the 80s and 90s, but if you like his writing you'll probably enjoy them. I think the first one was revised recently, so that might be a good place to start.
