What kind of sound quality do you get with your setup?
I don't have an auxiliary jack in my stereo so I have to resort to using one of those cassette converters with my iPod. Needless to say, the sound quality is rather poor. Still, it's better than the days when I was listening to my mp3's on an old desktop that was sitting in my trunk.
To my ears, anyway, it sounds great. There is some variance: most of my ripped music is in mp3 format, but because my player supports ogg files, I've been trying those and they sound much cleaner to me. I suppose the fact that a difference is detectable speaks well of the setup itself.
