Not Tik Tik but an ad I saw yesterday while watching football. It endorses penis stretching (and strengthening) so it must be on topic for this place.
Hamlet as TikTok updates. Many more updates since that one but currently on hiatus.
Baby Runs for President, a neurodivergence-founded model to repel creepy men via confusion. (That first video made it sound like subtly belittling questions, but later ones clarified the point was bubbly irrelevance ("how many socks do you own?") and changing it up every time.)
Why would you be interested in someone who didn't care how many socks you own?
I don't like computer-things that I have to turn on the sound for.
"Maybe the problem with the privacy-intrusive American apps is that they're not intrusive enough"
Correct.
There is a ton of hilarious TikTok, but I can't remember enough context clues of how I saw any of it, in order to retrieve it and share it.
Economics should not exist; it is trash.
Hey, I seem to have conjured up an end or break in the #hamfanshenan hiatus! https://vm.tiktok.com/TTPdjEHFQp/
6: Yeah, not having an actual feed to refer back to is burdensome. There is a favorites function if you think of it at the time, and you can also retrieve your liked videos.
Does ogged have a tiktok? Is there a secret link?
My 17-yo complained that the algorithm isn't nearly as good anymore, that everybody ends up seeing the same stuff that goes viral.
My 15-year old is very self-consciously not on any social media at all as a social identity.
Will! JRoth!
I have accounts for lurking, but that's all I do.
Do you support influencers in email?
The thing about Tiktok is there's nothing like the retweet or share, so you can't really say "I wonder what ogged watches", follow him, and passively get recommendations over time. You can actively look and see who a friend follows, but that's more effort. The app pushes you really hard to take recommendations primarily from its algorithm, e.g., the "For You Page." When you follow people as individuals, you get their Tiktoks, and there's a higher barrier to entry to making those.
"I wonder what ogged watches"
Young women doing yoga.
I just flipped through the first five in my feed and it was three basketball, one climbing, and one animals being cute. I also get comedians (who I often find funny) and I follow a physical therapist, so I get a lot of mobility and crack-your-back videos.
15: I find Tik Tok videos, because people link to them on Twitter.
12. Three cheers for young Hick, who is showing us all the way forward. Blogs a la 2010 and nothing else, say I.
It makes things easier for me, but honestly it has a whole "I don't even own a TV" vibe.
