4 and 6 remind of how the better/cooler girls danced at school. I'm the right age. Small Town Boy was in the charts around the time I started high school.
My dancing is best described as "white man shuffle." Obviously, moving my arms or hips is not going to happen because someone might see me.

In answer to 10, I went to a party within the last year where someone sang this song (sang it really well, which is why I remember it so specifically) and we all danced, basically like this.
I just showed this video to M, who said that #2 is how I dance.
