If a homosexual man wants to take a woman out on a 'date' he should pay.
Is there a problem?
So she promised to go out with him again -- but when? Does NY law prescribe a time limit?
Ever since the torture memos came out I've just had shame fatigue. Stuff like this doesn't even begin to make me feel ashamed to be a soon-to-be lawyer anymore.
Cause see, at least he's not as bad as Albert Gonzalez!
Bob, I wondered the same thing. Every point is carefully cited, except that one.
I'll pay for both of them if I get to see date number two.
Manhattan? Contract law? Jewish? Bah. You kids.
I did something similar (different phrasing) in Ft. Smith, Ark., in the 1970s.
Seeing as women are ALL cheating lying sluts (see my book of that name, Vol. I and II, Vol. III in preparation), it's the least I could do.
Harrumph.
Arkansas in the 70's? How much did she owe you, forty cents?
So for the chance to get about 37 bucks he is willing to NEVER GET A DATE AGAIN?
What a fool.
Ogged, your comment shows unforgivable ignorance. Eating out was actually expensive here in 70s Arkansas, because food had to be carted in daily by mule. (No electricity to run the refrigerators) A nice taco at a place that required shoes would run a week's salary for the average joe.
sorry, that should have been the average joe-bob.
