This is hilarious, and I want to see the letters that don't get sent to applicants when you're on the undergrad admissions committee. My god, all those personal statements...
You know what would be fun? Madlibs recommendations.
Apparently what I was thinking of is known as a spider trap. How odd.
Duh, apparently the post I was thinking of is one down. MICHAEL WINS.
probably not
i have a much more serious problem
how i can gracefully write or decline to write a review for a book a good friend gave me that is entirely unreadable due to excessive over intellectualizing and a cleverly combative style targeting the very people it's intended to reach architects
thought maybe someone out there in academiana might have some insight
oh also check out my blog http://rohnbayesjourney.typepad.com/my_weblog/ and lambaste my self indulgent overly naive quipings so i can join the true blogger community
I'm not going to bother clicking the link to your blog Rohn, but I'm pretty sure it sucks.
Welcome.
(And though the question wasn't directed to me, I'd decline the book and cite lack of time...)
The "true blogger community" uses punctuation.
ogged,
Yeah it sucks boring pseudo-stream of conciousness
I'm not sure Rohn can take much more welcoming.
can to
i am inititiated
and unrepentant
ly unpunctuative
My unmentioned Rohn,
As long as you are funny you'll be okay.
Ah, Rohn is in his cummings phase.
