Harsh, man, harsh. I find myself inexplicably charmed by both. Maybe it's the red hair. On even days, Huffington's accent gives her the nod. On odd days, Dowd's coquette act pushes her into the lead.

(IIRC) Mu. The question is not one of cuteness, but of hotness. Then it becomes substantially more complex, because they are totally different species. Huffington is a very attractive mom type (there might be other nomenclature), while Dowd is like the ruined glory of someone who was really, really attractive back in the day. (NB: Dowd comment assumes that her weird animatronic-ness is a function of her alcoholism and not plastic surgery.)
