Wow, I came here expecting 4,000 comments.
But what is there to say, finally?
Here I thought the internet was a safe place for my children to play, and you go around polluting it with pictures of whores!
I think that good Muslims in such situations are obligated to wash the decadence off themselves. Grrrl is beyond saving (not because of anything she's done, but by birth).
Dostoyevsky's heros tried to save fallen women too, but they were nuts.
Ogged never credits me for my photos, Adam. It's a real sore point.
Well, if I were profgrrrl I would be hurt by the lack of discreet but unmistakable excitement here.
However, my last intervention into sexual politics was such a disaster that I had to adopt a new, less offensive handle in order to escape the obloquy coming my way. And the time before that ended up with the mooting of the hypothesis of my being dismembered and disposed of in.
That's quite the sentence spanning 10 and 11 there. Nesting prepositions get out of hand pretty quickly, don't they?
John Emerson is Stalin? This news is bigger than Profgrrl's rack!

No, as I see it the real issue is the impersonations going on. Why should I care if no one likes seeing Labs impersonate my rack?
On the other hand, I think I should be disturbed that Labs is impersonating my rack ... and that there was a Hedgical Trevor impersonation earlier in the weekend.
I'm confused. Is the picture, lovely as it is, a forgery? If so that is mean.
Also, ogged, if such pictures bring you feelings of shame or uncleanliness then that is a matter of your own and does not involve anyone else, so if there is any washing going on you should wash yourself. While thinking of the picture. For as long as it takes. Until you feel clean again.
It's a picture of profgrrrrl, posted with permission.

Thanks for clearing that up. I really didn't think this blog would allow an impersonation like that.
God I love this blog. That picture is stunning. It makes me wish I could paint.
Does anyone else see the beauty? It is striking not necessarily for how much is said but for how much is unsaid.
Ogged, if you're in an area without water, washing with sand counts.
