Look at those arms. Now I understand how you're able to dunk and block basketballs off the backboard.
Now I will imagine that playing basketball against you would feel like this
I think his arms are a bit longer than mine. Or he's looking at some very nice titties.
I have a friend with whom I had a running argument about Scottie Pippen. I claimed that Pippen was very good, my friend said Pippen was "just long." We were having the argument during a game when Pippen threw down a truly sick dunk on someone. We just looked at each other, and never had the argument again.
(Actually, this friend was something of a reverse-Bulls charm. We got into another argument about Ron Harper, with my friend saying that Harper was "washed up." This was the day before Harper (who, it must be admitted, was washed up) had his biggest game ever in the playoffs. Sweet.)
Why does JUST this post have this title?
You realize the position of Commenter Most Hostile to Ogged is held in perpetuity by SomeCallMeTim?
I thought that was held by whoever has posted most recently?
Sports people are so weird.
Where's SB?
3271 - boobs, shoulders, biceps. You gotta love that.
#4: Your friend's a moron, and probably shouldn't be allowed to watch NBA games. For a while there, Pip was the best player in the game. Everyone agrees that, in the series that gave the Bulls their first title, the decisive move was to switch Pippen onto Magic. One can even reasonably argue that the second three titles are as much Pip's as Jordan's. (Ultimately, you would lose the argument, but it could be made.)
Pip may end up the most underrated great player of all time.
My friend reads the site, and now he's gonna kick your ass. But I actually agree with you about the rest (though I wouldn't say he "gave" the Bulls their first title).
(though I wouldn't say he "gave" the Bulls their first title)
Tim said that the series gave the Bulls their first title, a manner of speaking with which all should be comfortable.
Ben, don't comment about sports, even when you're right, as you are here.
My comment wasn't about sports, ogged, it was about Tim's language and your misinterpretation thereof.
I believe I would appreciate sports commentary from Ben.
In a world where Dennis Miller was in the booth for Monday Night Football, false beliefs regarding sports commentary are pretty dicey territory.
I would make a fucking great color commentator.
A friend and I offered to do color commentary for the dissertation defense of one of our resident heads in our dorm, but she turned us down.
Sorry, but not the world champion (yet). Not the world record holder, either.
GF is black, too, which suggests a certain unoggedness.
Ach, of course you're right, he's the Olympic champion and I was just on crack to say he held the world record. I'll fix the post.
I like it how you went through the trouble of googleproofing Wainer's name, and then failed to do so two words later...
Is it still important that he holds the world record, now that the statement is no longer operative?
And: w-lfs-n sports blog! Now!
Is it still important that he holds the world record
Not in the least!
Yeah, but when he won the 400m just now (so you can take out that line through 'world'), Michael Johnson said that he's 6'1 (as Johnson is) and 160lbs while Johnson was 185 when winning races, so he has to put on a lot of weight. Keep up the swimming, eh?
