That is wrong. Is it, however, as wrong as putting sweet corn on pizza, as they do in the UK. (NB: While Pizza Hut pizza is tolerable in the US, it is disgusting in the UK.)
pizza requires spinach. This is often forgotten.
Straight cauliflower is wrong. Broccoflower on a white pizza may be acceptable. I just saw yet another hybridized caulisomething, but I forgot what it was (it was orange). Maybe soon they'll cross cauliflower with pepperoni.
