Insty's been a good read lately, I can't believe it. Roberts, also, I think, will vote for the expansion of exectuive power. Not positive of course, but the way he refused to acknowledge that Congress could in any situation withdraw troops that the President had sent into combat seems to suggest such.
Doesn't "B+" mean "crappy" in this kind of context?
A guy I knew in high school claimed, correctly, I think, that "B+" means "I hate you." But that's not how Hewitt means it; I think it's his pathetic attempt to seem like he's being rational.
