Apparently we all feel that way, which explains the lack of comments. But it looks like a bit of good news for an area which has been in prolonged good news drought.
Good bad news: NPR reported yesterday on increased fighting and violence, a sign that competing groups were trying to seize as much territory as possible ahead of an expected cease-fire.
That does sound encouraging, in an awful kind of way.
