Can we finally stop merely speculating about your homosexuality and consider it a done deal?
But then what would become of the blog?
It could be devoted to finding Ogged appropriate dates, rather than uselessly trying to fix him up with women?
Win a Dream Date with Michael Phelps! He'll teach you how to snap your hip in three easy lessons!
If loving Jordan is gay, I don't want to be straight.
SCMT gets it right; Michael is a special case.
7: I dunno if it will work out, LB. Some guys palm, and other guys want to get palmed.
Try to appreciate the clip, purierencers.
but nobody moves like Michael. So beautiful.
I've thought about this a bit, actually. I think the reason people concede that Jordan is the greatest of all time so readily has nearly as much to do with aesthetics as with his manifest skills. There have been times when Kobe was as offensively skilled (or more so) than Jordan, but Kobe hasn't ever moved with the nearly mythic grace that Jordan did. Kobe's last second layup against the Suns last year is instructive: he made it, he won the game, but the move itself is awkward if effective. Jordan moves (or moved) as I'd expect the guy from the Codex to move if he jumped off the page. Just a joy to watch.
Shorter Tim: That Jordan, he's man pretty.
Once you go black, you never go back. Tim and Ogged are lost to one another.
SCMT and ogged are unquestionably right. The rest of you are just weird.

No. 2 really hurt bcause i was a cav fan
funny i remember all these;' they're from the last time i watched basektball, basically
The highlights are great, but you could always tell it was Michael even when he was just dribbling up the court. Ok, I'm getting downright Labsian now.
7: No, no, you have to put on "Ask" first.
Ogged and Timbot have it right. That clip is balletic.
The highlights are great, but you could always tell it was Michael even when he was just dribbling up the court.
Totally. Even his misses are pretty. I just watched this . A single game, and there are more than a handful of moments that are just...humbling. Even the miss.
I do have to say that the one when Starks and Oakley had him cornered and he does a little move that almost makes both of them fall down and then abosofuckinglutely hammers it down on Ewing while drawing a foul in Madison Square Garden in the playoffs* is the best.
*ok maybe it wasn't the playoffs, but still. the one where he goes around one hawk and then does an up and under through two more is pretty awesome too
Ha, I just watched that, too. And he was still a little awkward then; it was his first or second year in the league.
I feel the same way watching clips of Jim Brown, like he's just moving in some medium other than air that makes everything easier for him. But, unlike Michael Jordan, we also have access to extremely hot clips of Brown getting it on. Jordan always seems kind of awkward-looking to me off the court.
I don't follow basketball at all, but that Jordan shot is lovely.
Man, that Raquel Welch sure could act.
25: I wasn't entirely sure she was acting.
That Raquel Welsh clip provides (finally!) the explanation for Jessica Simpson's new hair color.
In some old thread, I think Timbot and I both admitted that that ad made us a little misty.
Jordan's beautiful, but then I'm a straight chick. I don't know what Tim's and Ogged's problem is.
Mancrushes on athletes do NOT indicate one is gay. Quite the opposite. Gay men are uninterested in team sports. Obsessive mooning after great athletes is a straight guy characteristic.
