I love how when people defend their prejudices, it's not that it's that people disagree with them, it's that they're somehow sadly sheltered and need to be educated. Americans just don't know what Muslims are really like (and how did he come by this special knowledge exactly? All his Muslim pals in the Giuliani campaign?) I don't subscribe to the principle that there are good fat people and bad fatpeople. They're all fucking fatsos. When I say get rid of them, I wasn't necessarily referring to genocide. After all, there is a possible world where "get rid of them" means "buy them a ham sandwich." I admit that "genocide" is kinda what I actually meant, though. Just not necessarily.
